Common questions

  • I cannot sign in. Your account is created by your organization administrator. Contact your admin to confirm your username or reset your password.
  • I need a new account or different access. Account creation and permissions are handled by your administrator. To set up a new organization, request access.
  • I want to delete my account. In the app, go to Settings → Account → Data & Privacy → Request account deletion, or email us at the address above.
