Privacy Policy
Liora AI is a private customer relationship management (CRM) application for outbound call centers. Access is provided by an organization administrator; there is no public sign-up. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your username, name, email address, and company, created and managed by your organization administrator.
- Contact (lead) data. Information about the people you call, entered or imported by your organization, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and notes.
- Call data. Call metadata (times, duration, outcome) and, where enabled by your organization, call recordings and transcripts.
- Technical data. A device push-notification token (if you enable notifications) and basic diagnostic information needed to operate the service securely.
The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and it contains no third-party advertising.
How we use information
- To provide the CRM: authenticate you, place and manage outbound calls, and record call outcomes.
- To generate call summaries and outcomes that help your organization follow up with contacts.
- To send operational notifications you have opted into (for example, a scheduled callback becoming due).
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run the service, under contracts that require them to protect it to a standard equal to this policy:
- Voice and telephony providers that place calls and provide speech and language processing.
- Cloud hosting and storage providers that host the application, database, and any recordings.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.
Data retention
Account and call data are retained for as long as your organization maintains its account, or as required by law, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Your organization controls the contact data it uploads.
Your choices and account deletion
Because accounts are provisioned by your organization administrator, you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time from within the app under Settings → Account → Request account deletion, or by emailing us at Vorncorp@outlook.com. We will verify the request and delete your account and associated personal data, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access is protected by authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children
Liora AI is a business tool intended for use by authorized adults and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
